F.N.B. INVESTMENT ADVISORS APPOINTS ROBERT SWANSBORO Swansboro Joins F.N.B. Investment Advisors as Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager
JOHNSTOWN, PA –December 5, 2008—Robert Swansboro has been named Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager for F.N.B. Investment Advisors. In this position, Swansboro is responsible for investment oversight and management for clients in the Blair County and surrounding areas, including the Hollidaysburg and Altoona areas.
Swansboro has over 14 years experience in the financial services sector. Prior to his promotion, he served F.N.B. Investment Advisors as Assistant Vice President, Discipline and Research Services Manager. Prior to his tenure with F.N.B. Investment Advisors, Swansboro served Promistar Financial Corporation as Assistant Vice President, Asset Liability Manager, BT Financial Corporation both as an Audit Officer and later as an Audit Manager, and Moxham Bank Corporation where Swansboro served as Compliance Officer.
Swansboro earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. He was also an Honors Graduate from Frostburg State University, where he obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Swansboro acquired ‘Certified Bank Auditor’ (CBA) status in May of 1994 from the Bank Administration Institute, the FINRA Series 7 certification in August 2002, and in October 2008, the Series 65 certification.
Swansboro is a Board Member for the UPJ Alumni Association. He and his wife, Marsha, reside in Johnstown, PA. Together they have one daughter.
