First National Investment Services Scores Top Twenty National Ranking for Bank Brokerage Firms Best Practices
HERMITAGE, PA – July 8, 2008 – First National Investment Services, LLC, a division of F. N. B. Wealth Management, has been named one of the top twenty bank brokerage firms nationally in effective development and success of its Financial Consultants. Bank Investment Consultant (BIC) ranked First National Investment Services sixteenth in its inaugural BIC Top 20 Program Managers competition. The rankings were determined from among bank brokerage firms of all sizes from across the country. The list measures the average annual gross commissions of Financial Consultants working under each program manager, and is considered a measure of the effectiveness of the overall culture and compensation strategies.

Ristvey, a registered representative since 1992, joined First National Investment Services in December 2000, and assumed his current title in 2001. He is responsible for FNIS investment consultants located in Erie, Meadville, Greenville, New Castle, Slippery Rock and the Shenango Valley in Pennsylvania, and also in Boardman, Ohio.
He received his bachelor’s degree in business/marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and holds securities licenses Series 7, 24, 63 and 65, along with insurance licensing and appointments with various insurance companies. He has been recognized as a Federated Funds President Club member and a member of the Putnam Funds Golden Scale Club, and is a member of Franklin Funds’ Kite and Key Club and the American Funds All-American Team.
Ristvey resides in Hermitage with his wife and two children.
Thomas F. Miles

Miles has been in the financial services industry since 1980. Prior to joining FNIS, he spent 15 years with the Prudential Insurance Company as both a sales manager and sales representative. He spent ten years in banking as a Financial Consultant before being promoted to his current position.
Miles is a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor with the College for Financial Planning. He
resides in Altoona with his wife and children.
