FIRST NATIONAL INVESTMENT SERVICES COMPANY HIRES FINANCIAL CONSULTANT

ERIE, PA—April 27, 2009— First National Investment Services Company, a subsidiary of F.N.B. Wealth Management, is pleased to announce the hiring of Jeffrey A. Price, Financial Consultant. In his role, Price is responsible for overseeing new investments in the Bank’s Northwest Region.
Prior to joining First National Bank, Price served as Senior Licensed Financial Consultant for National City Bank. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Financial Services from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and is currently enrolled in the MBA Program at Penn State Erie, Behrend College.

In addition to his recent CRPC® Designation, Price has earned the Series 6, 7, 63, 65, Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licenses.

Price resides in Erie, PA with his wife, Allison, and their daughter.
