F.N.B. WEALTH MANAGEMENT RECRUITS NEW V.P. FINANCIAL ADVISOR Theodore Kocher Named Vice President Financial Advisor for First National Trust Company
WILKES-BARRE, PA –MARCH 3, 2009—Theodore Kocher has joined F.N.B. Wealth Management as Vice President, Financial Advisor – First National Trust Company. In this position, he is responsible for new business development for employee benefit accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts, personal agency, and estate planning relationships in the Capital Region of First National Bank.
Prior to joining First National Trust Company, Kocher served as Director of Alumni and Parent Relations, University of Findlay; Associate Director of Development, Bloomsburg University; President and C.E.O., Alpha Sigma Phi Education Foundation; and most recently he served as Financial Advisor, Merrill Lynch.
Kocher earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Findlay (1992) and in 2007 he received the ‘Delta Beta Xi Volunteer Award’ for the Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. Outside of work, Kocher serves his community in various capacities. He is a Back Mountain basketball, baseball, and soccer coach. He is a member of the ‘Called to Holiness Implementation Team’ for the Diocese of Scranton. He is the Committee Secretary and Assistant Den Leader for Cub Scout Pack 281 and a former member of the Wilkes-Barre Kiwanis.
Kocher and his wife, Lisa, reside in Dallas, Pennsylvania with their two children.
