Schlegel Named Senior Vice President of F.N.B. Investment Advisors

Pittsburgh, PA – August 16, 2011 – F.N.B. Wealth Management, a subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB), has announced the recent promotion of Jeffrey A. Schlegel to Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager for F.N.B. Investment Advisors, Inc. In this role, Schlegel will provide oversight of the portfolio management team for the Company’s Pittsburgh and Northwest regions, which encompass 18 counties in Eastern Pennsylvania and Northeastern Ohio. He will report to Joseph Paese, Managing Executive, F.N.B. Investment Advisors.

Schlegel has more than 20 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining F.N.B. Wealth Management in 2010, he served as an Investment Advisor for PNC Wealth Management and Mellon Financial Markets, Inc., both in Pittsburgh.

Schlegel earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Penn State University. He is also a Board Member and volunteer coach for The First Tee of Pittsburgh. He resides in Verona, PA, with his wife Angela.
