F.N.B. Wealth Management Promotes Compliance Manager
Raymond Hrin Named Senior Vice President

Johnstown, PA – July 12, 2011 – F.N.B. Wealth Management, a subsidiary of First National Bank of Pennsylvania, has announced the recent promotion of Raymond M. Hrin to Senior Vice President and Director of Compliance, Operations and Support Services. In this role, he will be responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of business strategy as well as the management of all client accounting, information technology, compliance and financial reporting initiatives for F.N.B. Wealth Management. He will report to Kim Craig, President of F.N.B. Wealth Management.

Hrin has served in a variety of roles within F.N.B. Wealth Management during the past 18 years, most recently as Compliance Manager. He earned a dual Masters Degree in Business Administration and Public & International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA.

A Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist, Hrin also holds various Securities licenses including Series 7, 24, 53 and 66. He currently resides in Johnstown with his wife Stacey and their two daughters.
